Grandma's Birthday

This is my first attempt at a trifold shutter card. I used some old stash glitter paper, some flowers, buttons and ribbon to jazz it up, for Grandma Sandy it's all about the bling!!

A card for Papa

My dad's birthday is on Thursday so I made this card for him. I used kraft card stock and paper from DCWV Green Stack. I just love that paper. I added brown lettering and brads to finish it off.

Hope Canada Post is fast and it gets to him on time.

A Birthday Card for My GF

Hi, I'm Susan and am one of the 8 founding members of Flatland Croppers. I saw this card on the Spellbinders blog. Their international guest blogger created it and I thought it was beautiful and had to try to recreate it.

I made use of some Spellbinders Nestabilities, Sizzix, and Tim Holtz dies. I also used my newest toy for attaching the silver beads to the top. It's called an i-Rock by Imaginesce. So cool, the beads/rhinestones are preglued and this tool heats up the glue and permanently affixes it to your project.

Snow??

Well, I thought I would share the layout I worked on recently. I would really appreciate your comments, let me know what you think. This layout is part of an album for my sister, she has ALOT of black percheron horses. I know it is hard to think about snow right now, but I had fun.

I am a member of the group and have actually done a page about myself which I w0uld like to share. I love to scrapbook but would have to say that my passion is altered projects, like mini chipboard albums, tins, anything I can cover and have recently started to make cards which I also love.
